Lee Chilcote, Editorial Director
Lee Chilcote is a freelance journalist with 15 years of experience writing for regional and national publications. His coverage focuses on urban issues such as neighborhood and economic development, arts and education. He has served as Managing Editor of hiVelocity and Development News Editor of Fresh Water Cleveland. His freelance journalism has been published by Think Magazine, Yahoo.com, Agence France Press, Home Energy, JLC, Land and People, Cleveland Magazine, Crain's Cleveland Business, Rust Wire and other publications. He has a Master's degree in English and Creative Writing from Cleveland State University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Economic Development from CSU.

Ritu Bhardwaj, Publisher, Yonge Street
As a photographer with eight years of professional experience, Mike has worked with a number of notable publications including New York Magazine, R/GA, Anthem, Plan B, Ace Fu Records, Wolf + Lamb, Philadelphia Magazine, Philly Style, and Philadelphia Weekly. Persico graduated from The University of the Arts, Philadelphia, where he expanded his knowledge on editorial and advertising photography. At IMG, Persico leads the photography team and helps shape the company's unique editorial vision.
Rachel Kaufman, Managing Editor, Elevation DC
Rachel is a tech, business and science journalist passionate about her adopted hometown of Washington, D.C. Rachel has written for Inc., CNNMoney, ScientificAmerican.com, National Geographic News and others. She also helped launch and manage a blog about jobs and jobseeking in the media for Mediabistro.com, and has edited and produced the careers and continuing education section for the Washington Post Express.
Ritu is an engaged Torontonian who loves living in the Beach. Earlier in her career, she was the founder of a design and manufacturing company, taking concepts from creation, to development overseas and then importing to the Canadian retail market. Prior to joining Yonge Street, Ritu was the marketing director of a Toronto design collective specializing in experiential marketing. Ritu is also currently the executive director of The Arts Access Fund, a charitable organization providing arts scholarships for children and youth to further develop their artistic talents. Ritu is an active community volunteer who also enjoys sharing her passion for sailing, nordic skiing and travelling -- with her family.
