The invitation to expand into Bay County emerged from an IMG presentation to a roundtable of Community Foundation CEOs at the invitation of the Community Foundation for St. Clair County (a partner of IMG publication The Keel). As a result of that presentation, Issue Media Group was invited to present its work to a regional leadership coalition comprised of 20+ organizations, many of which formed the funding coalition that launched Route in 2018.
Now a Bay County institution, the publication focuses on the dynamic communities, businesses, and residents of Michigan County, covering what's next in entrepreneurship, creative culture, and urban development.
