Greening together

Communities often come together to clean up their neighborhoods, spruce up parks and other civic endeavors. In Grand Rapids, Michigan, a neighborhood banded together to plant 200 trees. The planting not only beautified the neighborhood but further bolstered the sense of community. Here are a few examples of communities coming togehter to green their neighborhoods:
