The voice of emerging talent, innovation, and transformation for Northeast Indiana, Input, was launched in October 2017 after an invitation from a committee exploring talent attraction strategies for the region. Two committee members were familiar with Issue Media Group’s work in Grand Rapids and Detroit, and the community arranged for a series of convening meetings, resulting in a cross-sector multi-year funding coalition. Input has launched several IMG programs, including On the Ground, a solutions-based series focused on COVID-19 responses. Creating age-friendly communities while providing a foundation for expansion opportunities across Indiana.
