Hayley Roberts

Hayley Roberts has more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing for mission-driven organizations. Before joining Issue Media Group, she served as communications director for the Michigan Health Endowment Fund, where she led branding, storytelling, and media initiatives for the newly formed philanthropic foundation. Previously, she worked on policy issues in metro Detroit, including regional transit, sustainability, and economic development.

In her nonprofit and philanthropic work, Roberts has seen firsthand the gaps in media coverage of critical issues and has long partnered with Issue Media Group on solutions journalism projects in Michigan. Roberts holds a Master of Arts in Digital Rhetoric and Professional Writing from Michigan State University and lives in Whitmore Lake with her husband and son.
